Refund & rescheduling policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid advisory sessions offered by App Grove Core: mining profitability advisory, break-even planning clinics, cost monitoring checkups, and related on-site add-ons. It does not cover hardware, hosting, or products we do not sell.

Deposit and balance

A 30% deposit holds your calendar slot. The remaining balance is due before we release the written cost map. Deposits are refundable according to the timelines below.

Cancellation by you

• Full refund of deposit and any prepaid balance when you cancel at least 5 business days before the session.
• 50% refund of the deposit when you cancel between 5 and 2 business days before the session.
• No deposit refund for cancellations inside 2 business days or for no-shows.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice, subject to available slots within 60 days. Later reschedules may require a new deposit if the original slot cannot be filled.

Work already started

If we have begun pre-session document review after receiving your packet, and you cancel inside the 5-day window, we may retain a preparation fee of up to 20% of the session rate reflecting hours already spent. The remainder follows the cancellation tiers above.

Partial refunds after delivery

Once the live session is completed and the written cost map delivered, fees are non-refundable. If a material error in our written deliverable is identified within 10 business days, we will correct it at no charge or, at our discretion, refund the session fee.

On-site travel

Pre-approved travel expenses already incurred are non-refundable. Unused travel deposits are returned within the same timeline as session refunds.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

If App Grove Core cancels a session, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule at your choice. Force majeure events may require rescheduling rather than same-week delivery, without additional fees.
